Zucchini cake

We need:
Zucchini – 1 kg
Eggs – 2 pcs
Flour – 4 tbsp
Garlic – 4 cloves
Cream cheese – 400 gr
Yogurt or cream – 100 gr
Tomatoes – 2 pcs

Grate the zucchini. Some for dairy and most for large. Salt and mix. Leave for 10 minutes. We squeeze out all the moisture well and squeeze it out. The better you do it, the less flour you will need. Add eggs, 2 crushed cloves of garlic and flour. We mix. The mass should be thick, like on a pancake. We put it on a hot pan. Smear on the surface. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown. I got 4 pancakes.

Mix cream cheese with fine salt, herbs and cream (or yogurt). Grease each zucchini pancake and top with thinly sliced tomatoes.

Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and enjoy!
