Ribs – 1 layer
Cola – 700 gr
Onion – 1 large
Garlic – 5 cloves
Soy sauce – 50 gr
Seasoning “5 spices” – 1 tbsp

For the sauce:
Ketchup – 100 gr
Vinegar – 5 gr
Honey – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1.5 tbsp
Any favorite hot sauce
Smoked paprika, dry garlic

We remove the tail from the ribs. Put the ribs, onion cut into 4 parts, garlic, spices, cola and soybeans into a saucepan. The liquid should completely cover the meat. If not, then add a glass of water. Cook on full heat for 1.5 hours.

Take out and smear with sauce (for the sauce, just mix everything) and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
